Issue with multiple performance profiles Messages in this topic - RSS

I have entered performance information on several airplanes, including multiple performance profiles for a couple of the airplanes. When selecting the airplane on the flight planning screen, only the default profile seems to work. When I switch to a different profile, the performance information does not change. Selecting the profile before or after the route does not make any difference. The only way I have been able to change the profile is to first edit the aircraft and change which profile is the default profile.

We have investigated and found that changing the performance profile was not automatically updating the cruise airspeed field. The rest of the data (climb/descent rates, climb/descent airspeed and all fuel burns) for the selected performance profile are being applied correctly.

We have prepared a software patch for our website to fix the issue. This patch will be applied automatically overnight. As a workaround for today, the cruise airspeed can be manually modified after changing the profile (for example, from 170 to 193 on your RV14).

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please let us know if we can help further!

Unfortunately, the patch does not seem to fix the issue. When you look at the C-172 with multiple profiles and detailed performance information, only the default profile works.

Additionally, the descent airspeed seems to be incorrect as well.

We just sent you a personal e-mail to gather a little more detail about the flight you're attempting to plan and the results. As soon as we have the additional info, we'll investigate further!
