Why, when using Lat/Lon waypoints like "HYGEN RODDY 382106N/1054824W 381637N/1055258W PEDRA KDRO" do they show up correctly in the nav log but will not show the route on the map?

Hi Frank,

We will investigate right away as this is not the expected behoavior. On Wednesday, we switched from DUATS to Leidos for nav logs, weather briefs, and filing due to the FAA discontinuing the DUATS program and there may still be a bug we didn’t identify during testing. Thanks for the heads up and we’ll follow up as soon as we have it fixed.

Hi Frank,

We have investigated and haven't been able to reproduce this issue. Would you be able to send us a screenshot of the map being displayed incorrectly?

Also, web browsers sometimes cache "behind the scenes" files that contain programming code for functionality. There is small possibility your web browser still has an old version of these files that provide the map interactivity. With the map page open, please hold down shift, then click the Refresh button your web browser. This will force the browser to update all of these "behind the scenes" files.

As always, we'll do whatever it takes to get to the bottom of any technical issues.

John
