For long trips, it would be great to specify the following: departure, destination, and range to refuel (time or distance).

Then plan the route to include appropriate fuel stops, considering apt size, fuel price...(?). The result would be a multiple leg trip calculated for us.

For example KAUS (Austin, TX) to KTOP (Topeka, KS) is beyond both my aircraft's range and my bladder range. I usually plan for 2.5 hour or 250nm legs. It's not overly complicated for me to create separate legs, but it would be nice to get the same result with one touch of the "plan' button.

This is a great suggestion and I would like to see it too!

Thanks for your posts!

We have seen an increased number of requests for this feature in recent months. We just released a bunch of new features at the beginning of December (hint: look for Blog posts and Quick Tips detailing those soon!) and are now in planning for our next set of features to develop. As always, the more "votes" a feature gets, the further up our development priorities it rises. I believe this one has a good chance of getting some serious attention!
