Upgrade to Premium But Still Cant Plan on iPad Messages in this topic - RSS

I upgraded to premium today from a free account today and I have been able to use all of the functions of the premium account today. I cant seem to be able to plan a flight on my ipad. I dont know why i am not able to use this feature. According to the videos i should see a new flight button in the upper right which is not appearing. I have uninstalled the app and re-installed it but it did not fix the problem. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for your post!

In iFlightPlanner for iPad, go to the Home tab and tap on Settings in the upper right. Towards the bottom, you'll see a setting for "Hide or Disable All Premium Features." It sounds like that setting is currently selected, which is overriding your Premium membership and hiding the New Flight button.

We provide this setting so that our Free members can prevent being prompted to upgrade while using the app.

Simply turn that setting off and we're confident you'll be all set!
