First soloing in the summer of 1975, I just was in it for the challenge. Flying was a whole new world that opened up all kinds of possibilities. I ended up making it a career, obtaining my CFI certificate in December of 1978. Recently ending my career in flying charter, I have returned to flight instruction. With an accident-free record and flights in many different countries, I can sincerely share my belief that flying is the safest and the best form of travel.
Having worked for Cessna Aircraft Company, I have much faith in the Cessna brand. Of course, good maintenance is necessary to maintain safety and we never compromise on that issue.
