Cortlandt has been an active pilot at Essex Skypark for 5+ years and enjoys teaching new instrument students as well as pilots flying in and out of the DC SFRA and FRZ. He enjoys flying his twin-engine, open-cockpit, tailwheel Aircam all over the East coast.
