Would like to be able to output a gpx file with waypoints at specific heights, or just the ability to set the flight level at 10.5k ft and have my waypoints on efis show they are at 10.5k rather than on the ground.

Christopher,

The GPX file that you're able to export should have the altitude you entered in the Flight Basics section embedded in it. If that's not the case, please send the file to us so that we may investigate further!

The planning engine does not allow for step-up or step-down procedures for individual waypoints, although that is a common request.

Please let us know and we'll look forward to your reply!

Best,
Andy

It seems as though it resets itself to 3000ft, I just flew the flight sim and the waypoints themselves are fine but the altitude for each is at 3000 ft. It was flown on a GRT Horizon Hx.
